In order to better provide you with the App's numerous services, the App collects two types of information about its users: Personally-Identifiable Information and Non-Personally-Identifiable Information. The primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience while using the App.
This refers to information that lets the App know the specifics of who you are. When you engage in certain activities on this App, such as creating an account, ordering a service, or sharing feedback, the App may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form, or soliciting you to send me an email. It is completely optional for you to elect to engage in these activities, however, the App may ask that you provide personal information, such as your full name, email address, and other personal identifying information. When ordering services on the App, you may be asked to provide a credit card number. Depending upon the activity, some of the information the App asks you to provide is identified as required and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the required data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.
This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. The App gathers certain information about you in several ways based upon how you use the App. This information is compiled and analyzed on both an individual and an aggregated basis. This information may include the website's Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") that you just came from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol ("IP") address. A URL is the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web. An IP address is an identifier for a computer or device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol ("TCP/IP") network, such as the World Wide Web. Networks like the Web use the TCP/IP protocol to route information based on the IP address of the destination. In other words, an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you connect to the Internet, allowing web servers to locate and identify your computer. Computers require IP addresses to communicate on the Internet. The App may also use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that the App transfers to your computer’s local drive for record-keeping purposes. The App may use “persistent cookies” to save your account for future logins to the App; and the App uses “session ID cookies” to enable certain features of the App, to better understand how you interact with the App and to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing on the App. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of the App or all functionality of our services. Additionally, the App generates a unique identifier for every device that connects with the App. That identifier is only used to allow that device's user to control content created through that device.
The App does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You provide certain Personally Identifiable Information to the App when you (a) create an account; (b) send email messages, submit forms or transmit other information by any means; or (c) submit your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing services on the App. The App may also collect information from you at other points when it's explicitly requested.
